In This Role You Will
- Input and audit existing data to enhance reporting and outcome measurement
- Support data collection and reporting processes by maintaining data and database
integrity as needed
- Identify and flag data discrepancies or gaps to the volunteer coordinator
- Help ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Interested and enthusiastic about proper data collection and reporting to support
outcome measurement
- Entry-level experience working with qualitative or quantitative data
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate maturity, reliability, and punctuality as well as a strong work
ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Sensitivity towards family histories, potential impacts of previous experiences, and
cultural differences
- Desire to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
Helpful Background
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or basic data tools is an asset. A passion for serving
children, youth, and families is equally important.
